For the 2024 edition and for the fourth year in a row, QS World University Rankings® by Subject named NABA as the first and only Italian Academy of Fine Arts among the 100 best universities in the Art & Design field. This achievement confirms the excellence of the Academy’s distinctive didactic methodology, revolving around a strong vocation for research and for the constant relationship with the artistic and professional context.

NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti is an internationally re- nowned Academy focused on arts and design. Founded in Mi- lan in 1980 upon the private initiative of prominent artists such as Ausonio Zappa, Guido Ballo and Gianni Colombo, it is the largest private Academy in Italy and the first one to have been recognised back in 1981, by the Higher Education in Art, Music and Dance (AFAM) system, which is part of the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR).

NABA Academic Offer develops in six didactic Areas: Com- munication and Graphic Design, Design, Fashion Design, Me- dia Design and New Technologies, Set Design, Visual Arts. These include the Bachelors of Arts, the Masters of Arts, and the Academic Masters, as well as the Special Programmes, specifific cross-discipline courses that vary in duration and tar- get a wider Italian and international audience.
